CDM offers full-service 360 management which means that we incorporate and represent all aspects of your professional career. Be it as a touring and recording artist, your career in film and/or television, book publishing deals, or anything else you choose to pursue.
We integrate the various business aspects of your professional career including working with the appropriate attorneys, booking agents, accountants, publishing, public relations firm, licensing inquiries, and whatever else may be needed to further your career in a most organized, professionally-run enterprise.
We want to work in partnership with our artist rather then using an "it's me, then you" approach. It is important to make our professional relationship a win-win scenario. We help to define and mold and then direct your professional career.
We also look into more than just your talent before we will take on a new act. Our artists must be able to live up to their commitments and obligations on a full time basis, year after year. We want to work with an artist who is easy to get along with and has a strong sense of who they are as a woman. A strong commitment and dedication to the project, discipline, a good work ethic are a necessities for anyone looking to succeed in the music biz.
As businesswomen we are very easy going on a day to day basis (ranting and raving reserved only for when absolutely necessary. lol).
