Cloud Dancing Management is a small full service Boutique Management Company.

We help to direct an artist's career to the next level(s) through good organization, aggressive representation and by taking advantage of Dakota's many years of experience and expertise in the music and promotional business.

CDM offers full-service management which means that we incorporate and represent all aspects of your professional career. Be it as a touring and recording astist, your career in film and/or television, book publishing deals, or anything else you choose to pursue.

We integrate the various business aspects of your professional career including working with the appropriate attornies, booking agents, accountants, publishing, public relations firm, licensing inquiries, and whatever else may be needed to further your career in a most organized, professionally-run enterprise.

We want to work in partnership with our artist rather then using an "it's me, then you" approach. It is important to make our professional relationship a win-win scenerio. We help to define and mold and then direct your professional career.

Needless to say there are more challenges for all of us in this economy with most bands looking to play the same town, record for the same label, and vie for the same comsumers dollar.

We also look into more than just your talent before we will committment to a management agreement. Our artists must be able to live up to their committments and obligations on a full time basis, year after year. We want to work with an artist who is easy to get along with and has a strong sense of who they are as a woman. A strong committement and dedication to the project, discipline, a good work ethic are a necessities for anyone looking to succeed in the music biz.

As businesswomen we are very easy going on a day to day basis (ranting and raving reserved only for when absolutely necessary. lol). It's our goal to work with similar women who can park their ego at the door and work with us in a drama-free environment. Good two-way communication is an absolute must for CDM.
